Card Check Threatens Jobs

The Employee Free Choice Act, or “Card Check” as it is commonly known, is a bill currently introduced in Congress that would all but eliminate the right of American workers to a secret ballot election when determining whether or not to form or join a union.  I do not believe that taking that right away from employees is the right course of action – particularly when it could cause our economy to lose even more jobs.  I hope you will keep an eye on this issue as there are still those who are trying to push it through Congress.
